Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Menugo (menugo.tr) web sitesini ve bağlı hizmetleri kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizin ve gizliliğinizin nasıl korunduğunu açıklar. Politika, KVKK Aydınlatma Metni ile birlikte okunmalıdır.
1. Kapsam
Politika; menugo.tr üzerindeki ziyaretçi deneyimi, teklif formu, e-posta iletişimi ve müşteri işletmelerine sunulan QR menü hizmetinin işletme paneli tarafını kapsar. İşletme müşterilerinin kendi misafirlerine sunduğu menü içeriklerinin sorumluluğu ilgili işletmeye aittir.
2. Topladığımız bilgiler
2.1 Bize ilettiğiniz bilgiler
Teklif formu veya e-posta yoluyla ad-soyad, telefon, e-posta, işletme adı, işletme türü, şube sayısı ve mesaj içeriği gibi bilgileri bizlere iletebilirsiniz.
2.2 Otomatik toplanan teknik bilgiler
Siteyi ziyaret ettiğinizde IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, cihaz bilgisi, dil tercihi, ziyaret edilen sayfalar ve benzeri teknik veriler güvenlik ve performans amacıyla toplanabilir. Ayrıntılar için Çerez Politikası’na bakınız.
2.3 Hizmet kullanımı
Müşteri işletmeler için menü yönetimi, analitik özetleri ve destek talepleri kapsamında işletme hesabına bağlı veriler işlenebilir.

- Taleplerinize yanıt vermek ve size özel teklif hazırlamak
- Sözleşmeyi ifa etmek ve teknik destek sağlamak

Pazarlama amaçlı elektronik ileti yalnızca ilgili mevzuata uygun şekilde ve gerekli hallerde açık rızanızla gönderilir.
4. Bilgilerin paylaşımı
Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız. Hizmetin işletilmesi için gerekli olduğu ölçüde güvenilir altyapı sağlayıcılarıyla (barındırma, e-posta iletimi vb.) ve yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili mercilerle paylaşabiliriz. Bu taraflardan gizlilik ve güvenlik yükümlülüklerine uymaları beklenir.
5. Güvenlik
Veriler SSL/TLS ile şifreli bağlantı üzerinden iletilir. Erişim kontrolü, güncel yazılım ve barındırma güvenliği gibi makul teknik ve idari tedbirler alınır. İnternet üzerinden hiçbir aktarımın %100 güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez; riskleri asgariye indirmeyi hedefleriz.
6. Çocukların gizliliği
Hizmetimiz 18 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 18 yaş altından kişisel veri toplamayız. Böyle bir durumun farkına varırsak verileri sileriz.
7. Politika değişiklikleri
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır; önemli değişikliklerde makul yollarla bilgilendirme yapılabilir.

This policy covers the visitor experience on menugo.tr, the quote form, email communication and the business-panel side of the QR menu service. Responsibility for menu content that customer businesses present to their guests belongs to the relevant business.

Via the quote form or email you may provide name, phone, email, business name, business type, number of branches and message content.
2.2 Technical information collected automatically
When you visit the site, IP address, browser type, device information, language preference, pages visited and similar technical data may be collected for security and performance. See the Cookie Policy for details.
2.3 Service usage
For customer businesses, data linked to the business account may be processed in connection with menu management, analytics summaries and support requests.

- Securing the service and preventing abuse

- Complying with legal obligations
Marketing electronic communications are sent only in accordance with applicable law and, where required, with your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, etc.) to the extent necessary to operate the service, and with competent authorities when legally required. Those parties are expected to comply with confidentiality and security obligations.

Data is transmitted over SSL/TLS encrypted connections. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures such as access control, up-to-date software and hosting security. No transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure; we aim to minimize risks.
6. Children’s privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware of such data, we delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is published on this page; material changes may be communicated through reasonable means.
